Delivery
Delivey of ordered can be arranged and we do our upmost to deliver the next day. All of our deliveries are made within the agreed time.
Terms and Conditions
All Transactions entered into by the customer with United Paper Products Ltd, shall be governed by the laws of England and carried out subject to the conditions outlined below:
Prices:
The company reserves the right to ammend any of their prices. However,written notice will be provided. Orders Placed with the company are accepted on the conditions that goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of delivery.
VAT:
All orders are subject to the current rate of VAT. The date of invoice is the tax point for VAT.
Payment:
Where accounts have been approved for credit, payment for goods will be due 30 days of the invoice date. Payments are strictly to be made within this period.
Ownership of the goods:
The liability of the goods is with the customer upon delivery, but the title remains that of the company, until payment has been made in full by the customer.
Short/Damaged Delivery:
The customer must report any shortage to the driver at delivery. Claims made after delivery can not be accepted. If there is any damaged goods written notice should be given within 7days after the delivery.
Return of Goods
Goods returned for credit must be in "as new" condition and agreement with the company must be gained.
